Staff locals; always lovely and genuine. They're always happy to serve and help. Food comes fast, and you can always tell it's 'homemade' by a good cook. As with all cafes, favour in-house coffee over takeaway. In-house is one of the best in Croydon, takeaway is hit and miss, just like most other cafes in Melbourne. My favourite aspect of this restaurant is that most places don't have anything cheap, but they have superb turish bread rolls for under $14, so I can always come get a feed and a coffee when I'm tight.

Update. Back at this lovely Cafe last week. It hasn't changed, it's still AMAZING! Large menu, staff are still friendly and so welcoming. The Carbonara was one of the best I have had at a cafe and was better than some upper end restaurants I have dined at. Definitely worth a visit to Zingers if you're in the area. What a lovely cafè! Comfortable seating, super friendly staff, and really nice food at sensible prices. Well done guy's ;)

Huge serves went in for late breakfast got scrambled eggs and bacon on a croissant and my partner had french toast with bacon we weren't able to finish it and we had milkshakes which were nice and again big serves in an old school coke glass staff were pleasant all round good experience

Good atmosphere, good, service, good food, but a little on the pricey side. Came here for breakfast and had an Eggs Benedict with a Strawberry and Lemon Frappe. Portion sizes were small, but the satisfaction was high!

I was pleasantly surprised by this Cafe. It doesn't look amazing on the outside but it has a nice cosy vibe on the inside and friendly and helpful staff. Had the fruit toast which was delicious if a little on the pricey side and a cappuccino which was good. Loved the pattern on top too! Would recommend for brunch or a cosy coffee
